- All proposals are due by Sunday, April 28, 2024. Members of IAEA may submit up to 2 proposals for the 2024 conference.

Proposal Type*
- All presenters are required to hold current IAEA membership and are responsible for conference registration fees. - Session seating is "first-come, first-served" and limited based upon room capacity. Session attendees expect to be presented with information and shown demonstrations. Sessions will be 50-minutes. - Workshop seating is ticketed with limited capacity (20 participants). Workshop attendees expect to have an interactive experience with materials and/or processes. Workshops will be 60-minutes (1 hour) or 120-minutes (2 hours).

Reimbursement for Materials*
The lead presenter may be reimbursed up to $100 for materials with submitted receipts.

- Describe the objective of your session or hands-on workshop. *Please spellcheck and proofread your submission. This is your advertisement for your presentation. This will be the printed description in the conference program. NO EDITS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
