Welcome Exhibitors!

The IAEA serves PreK - Higher Education visual art, design, and media educators from across the state who teach in public, private, and parochial schools, as well as pre-service students from colleges and universities. Become an Exhibitor to engage with our conference attendees and Association membership at our conference and throughout the year while spotlighting your company or institution.

Established in 1948, the IAEA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and Illinois State Board of Education approved professional development provider. Our mission is to support quality arts education in Illinois through professional learning and advocacy. We are driven by a belief that art, design, and media education fosters creative, flexible, and resilient learners who are prepared for citizenship in our ever-changing world.

We have different packages for our Exhibitors, with the opportunity to engage with our art educators year-round, be a sponsor for a special event at our conference, and promote your products and services via our social media platforms. Our audience includes 3K facebook and 2.7k instagram followers, 3500+ email subscribers, 800+ current members, and 650+ annual conference attendees.

As an Exhibitor at our fall conference, you will have access to hundreds of art educators who are eager to see new products and learn how to use them! They want to know about camps, universities, and opportunities for their students, as well as professional development opportunities for themselves. Attendees love the Exhibitors Hall!

Exhibitors are welcome to offer workshops to showcase new products and have hands-on experiences throughout the conference. Demonstrations are highly encouraged at your booth and as one of our sessions! Please also consider donating art supplies for swag bags, raffle prizes for teachers, or award prizes for students.

New this year, we will have an Exhibitor Power Hour, where all attendees will be encouraged to come explore hands-on activities in the Exhibitors Hall.
