Fulfillment Policies

Your membership purchase will be fulfilled immediately upon successful completion of payment.

Conference, Regional Events and Workshops
Payment by credit card immediately secures your space at our events. All check payments, if applicable, must be received by the established deadline for each event.

Refund and Cancellation Policies

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for cancelled memberships, as the benefits of membership are granted immediately upon purchase. However, if you accidentally purchase the wrong membership type and need to switch, we will refund the difference.

Regional Events and Workshops (non-conference)
In the event a workshop or event is cancelled by the IAEA or one of its presenters, you will be refunded the entire amount of your purchase. If you wish to cancel your reservation and receive a refund for your paid event, the request must be made within 48 hours of reserving your space, and at least one week in advance of the event or workshop date.

If you must cancel your Early Bird conference registration, you must submit your request to [email protected] within 30 days of the conference date. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied to your refund. After this deadline, no refunds are accepted, but you can authorize in writing to have a colleague attend in your place. Email cancellation requests to: [email protected]. Workshop fees are final and not refunded unless IAEA cancels a workshop. Allow 4 – 6 weeks after the conference to receive an authorized refund.
