REFUND POLICY FOR ALL REGISTRATIONS:
- You must submit your request IN WRITING by the early registration date of October 1, 2013. You must include your registration confirmation sheet (sent electronically after you register) with your written refund request.
- Conference registration fees will be refunded minus a $35.00 processing charge. All refunds will be issued via the payment method used. If you paid via credit card, you will receive an email notification of the refund from IAEA.
- Please send all conference registration refund requests to Conference Registrar Kimberly Butts.
- After October 1, refund requests will not be accepted. You may send someone in your place along with your registration confirmation letter and written authorization from you.
- Allow 4 – 6 weeks after the conference for registration refunds.
- Workshop fees are final and not refundable. You may authorize another participant to use your ticket or check at the registration desk to seek if there are any requests to buy workshop tickets.
