Michael Skura, Fine Arts Department Chair at Oswego High School, Advocacy Advisor for IAEA and Northwest Secretary. He will be starting his 21st year of teaching and 14th year as a Department Chair of Fine Arts at Oswego High School. He earned a bachelor’s in the fine art studio and painting at the University of Illinois, Chicago, in 1994. And earned another bachelor’s in Fine Art secondary education in 1996. His first teaching assignment was at Josephinum High School, located in the Bucktown neighborhood of Chicago until 1999. After several years of education at U of I, he received his Master’s and Administration Degree and became the Fine Arts Department Chair at Oswego High School in 2009.
