2012 IAEA Fall Conference
Save the date for the 2012 IAEA fall conference ARTLINKS – Making Connections from November 1 – 3. The conference will be located at the Hilton Hotel in Lisle. Proposal forms are available now if you would like to present at the 2012 conference. The deadline to submit your proposal forms is March 15, 2012.

Thank you to everyone who participated in, and contributed to the 63rd annual fall IAEA Conference Inspiration=Creation! The conference was a big success due to the hard work and dedication of the many volunteers who donated their time and creative planning ideas. The conference was a collaboration between our IAEA members as presenters, planning team coordinators, volunteers and the faculty presenters from Illinois State University.
Conference Evaluation Forms
Please make sure to submit a conference evaluation form. We review all the evaluation forms as we evaluate this year’s conference and begin planning the 2012 conference. The evaluation form is included in the back of the conference program and the online version can be accessed by clicking here. Please mail all paper evaluations to:

Conference Presenters Reminder
If you still need to submit presentation materials email them to Hillary Andrlik at handrlikiaea@gmail.com.
Your email should include:
- The presenter(s) name(s).
- Title of the presentation(s).
- Presentation Resources (Can include any or all of the items listed: PowerPoint, Keynote (Will upload to IAEA SlideShare), Website Links, Handouts (Word, Pages or PDF documents)
Lesson plans and resources provided by our 2011 conference presenters will be available on the “Members Only” section of the IAEA website. You will need a password to access this section of the website. The password can be found in IAEA’s official Bits N’ Pieces newsletter. The newsletter is sent directly to the email address listed at the time you registered to become a member of IAEA.

CPDU Forms
You will find the CPDU forms for recording your conference participation in the back of the program. **Note that the two forms are to be retained by you and are to be submitted to Illinois State Board of Education.** If you still need to submit your forms, send them to Pat Indovina (See address listed above). Your conference program is your documentation record of participation in the conference.
